We are very proud to be announced as a finalist in the Industry Innovation category of the 2020 REIQ Award for Excellence. The awards which take place on the 14th of March will recognise the real estate profession's top performers across the State. The program aims to encourage, recognise and promote excellence and best practice in the profession.
Since launching in October 2019, Properlytics has made an impact within the industry by simplifying the complex calculations generally associated with buying investment properties, helping both industry professionals and property investors.
It was built to assist both professionals and investors, to help them manage and track the performance of their real estate portfolio and keep all the information at their fingertips. It saves hours in record-keeping and helps investors stay in control of cash flow and tax issues by using more than 100,000 calculations based on hundreds of variables to accurately predict the value of your portfolio, as well as calculating your tax savings and liabilities.
The calculations also further assist the agents and professionals, buy demonstrating clear numbers in to buyers to help them take emotion out of the property buying process and allow them to make more educated decisions based on facts and numbers.
These awards encourage, recognise and promote excellence and best practice in the real estate profession. REIQ CEO Antonia Mercorella says the calibre of submissions this year was second-to-none.
