Step 1 of the Properlytics software is entering the property details. Here, you can put all the basic features and information about the house.
Number of bedrooms, bathrooms and car spaces are all noted down. In addition to these, you have the property address, property type and purchase, land and build prices! These may all seem a bit trivial, but having them written down here can help investors with multiple properties differentiate between investments. Furthermore, it provides basis of how much the property was initially worth, and how much it can be in the future.
